According to the GNU Free Documentation License, the code on this page should be licensed under the GNU General Public License - the same terms as apply to ratpoison.

Here is the relevant quote from the FDL:

General Public License, to permit their use in free

software.

If you want to include a snippet from the wiki in a GPL:ed work, and it doesn't seem to be able under the GPL elsewhere, please try to contact the author of the specific code and ask him/her for permission. You'll probably get it.
